DOOL spoilers reveal that Johnny wanted to confess to Chanel. However, Joy urged Johnny to keep quiet.

Johnny decided not to tell Chanel the truth, but it is coming out in other ways. Johnny confided about his cheating to EJ.

Meanwhile, Joy blabbed to Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson). There was also a scene in which Johnny was dreaming about Joy and started talking out loud. While Chanel believed Johnny’s cover story, things are getting a lot more complicated.

During Thanksgiving in Salem, Chanel basically dragged Joy to the DiMera mansion. Joy did tell Chanel she wanted to be alone but Chanel wouldn’t accept that answer. When Johnny and Chanel arrived with Joy, EJ had a few words to say to the Salem newcomer.

EJ offered a very generous sum of money if Joy just disappears. Joy didn’t have a chance to answer EJ as they were interrupted.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Joy could disappear and fans might assume she took EJ’s deal. Body & Soul would likely just recast (until the BS storyline is over anyway). Johnny might find it suspicious and even ask his father about it.

EJ will probably lie to Johnny and claim to know nothing. EJ might even suggest to Johnny that Joy must have wisened up and left town.

When Nancy Miller (Patrika Darbo) realizes that Joy has disappeared, she could go on a frantic search. Nancy might remember the ring she found and recognize it on Johnny’s finger. That could lead to Nancy accusing Johnny of killing Joy!

Nancy is someone who does not give up. Nancy is a good person but definitely knows how to scheme as well. So, could Nancy’s pushing have Johnny wondering if his father did something to Joy?

Maybe Joy took EJ’s deal, then tried to keep the money while staying in town? It seems nearly every character needs at least one stint in the DiMera mansion.

So, it would not surprise me at all if EJ stashed Joy in the dungeon, only to have it backfire on him. Not only could EJ go to prison, but he could lose his son’s respect forever.
