JJ doesn’t even hesitate as he tells Chad that he’s all in. However, that is going to be intense because of JJ’s brutal feelings toward Cat. Even though Cat did it to save her mother, Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) was JJ’s sister.

This mission could be threefold. There is the plan to take down Clyde and save Catharina. However, Chad is also desperate to have Abigail’s body returned to her final resting place. It’s really the only reason why Chad is even tolerating working with Cat.

In soaps, many times fans see the hate between characters turn to passion, and even love. Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) and Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) are one example. EJ also had similar dynamics with nearly every woman he’s slept with as well.

It’s quite possible that JJ and Cat might end up having some passion. As JJ gets to know Cat, he actually might start falling for her.

Despite Cat’s redemption attempt, will Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) and Jennifer Horton (Melissa “Missy” Reeves/Cady McClain) ever approve of JJ’s romance? It would make some interesting storylines and give JJ a reason to stay in Salem.
