DOOL Spoilers: Jada’s Big Shocker-Divorce Papers Never Filed?

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers and updates tease Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) is in for a big shocker.

She and Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) want to get married but there’s something in the way-she finds out she’s still legally married to Bobby Stein (Blake Berris)!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – It’s Going To Get Ugly

Rafe finds this out doing research on Bobby aka Everett Lynch and he tells a shocked Jada they can’t move forward with their plans.

Sloan Petersen-Brady (Jessica Serfaty) checks it out and she also finds Jada’s divorce papers were never filed at the courthouse in Seattle, and no one understands why.

It would seem that someone did some dirty divorce dealing and committed fraud when she got her final decree, which is proven faked-but who?

Jada tried to do a divorce in absentia because Bobby had disappeared and she had no interest in waiting seven years so she could try to declare him dead. Knowing what she knows now about Mr. Stein she regrets not hastening the process!

DOOL Spoilers – Missing Persons Papers Were Filed

Apparently Bobby and Everett were living their separate lives at the same time in Seattle, and Jada is forced to involve Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) to compare notes.

It’s been difficult for even Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) to track down Bobby/Everett’s medical history to substantiate his claims; Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) found his birth certificate and some parent information.

Yet, the strange part is that even though missing persons papers had been filed and his photo disseminated, no one ever saw either version of him.

His claim to Stephanie was he was walking to the post office to mail something and woke up in a hospital as a John Doe having been hit by a car.

Nothing seems to add up about his story; Seattle is a large city-could he have really hidden that well, or did he simply skip town, perhaps across the border to Canada?

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Were The Divorce Papers Intercepted By Everett Lynch/Bobby Stein Himself?

Rafe and Jada agree it’s a reach, but could the divorce papers have been intercepted by Bobby himself and the final decree faked and sent to Jada? The courthouse in Seattle confirmed for Sloan that no papers had ever been filed.

It’s a bizarre case to be sure, but Marlena is finding their may be more than one personality-according to Everett, who isn’t allowing anyone else to see the findings.

Rafe and Jada would have to get a warrant to get his files, and there’s no crime he’s recently committed that they could request a warrant over!

When Stephanie and Jada and Rafe all compare timelines, the divorce filing that didn’t apparently happen and Everett/Bobby’s disappearance all happened around the same time!
