DOOL Spoilers: Is Steve Really Reformed, Or Were He And “Doug lll” Working Together?

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers and rumors question if Steve Olson (Stephen Schnetzer) is really reformed, or were he and “Douglas Williams lll” (Peyton Meyer) working together? Doug lll may not even be who he claims to be-he could be Steven’s son Spencer Olson and they were working together to steal that diamond necklace!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Why Did Steve Olson Act Like A Cat Burglar?

Despite Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) calling Steven her “little brother” he’s actually her older brother.

He is the oldest child of Ben Olson (Robert Knapp) and Addie Horton Olson Williams (Patricia Barry), so Tom and Alice Horton (MacDonald Carey, Frances Reid) were his maternal grandparents.

Julie is seventy two, and Steven may only be a year or two older, yet it’s possible he may have known about the time capsule and the diamond necklace.

Steven had a shady past where he indeed was involved in stealing and fencing diamonds, as well as fake antiques, skimming tips when working in Doug’s coffee house and the like.

He was suspected of stealing the necklace when it was found missing, but he wasn’t in the house at the time-might the climbing in and out of the window been a distraction?

DOOL Spoilers – “Douglas Williams III” Shows Up

Then “Douglas Williams III” shows up in the cemetery after Doug Williams’ (Bill Hayes) burial-and this after Steven ran into Leo Stark (Greg Rikkart) in the square.

He mentioned his gay son Spencer-and when “Doug III” showed up, he was newly released from prison-and Leo should look Spencer up, implying he’s in Salem.

However, whether Doug III is Spencer or not Spencer is irrelevant-he was just released from prison and had to be in there for something! Here’s another coincidence-“Dougie” Douglas LeClaire (John H. Russon) lived in Paris-and so did Steven!

Might Steven and Douglas LeClaire Jr. aka Doug Williams III know each other from Paris regardless and have been working together?

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Steven Olson Took Off Just Like Before-Leaving Doug III Holding The Necklace?

Years ago, Steven took off when he was being found out about a crime, and didn’t return for years-until Doug’s funeral.

There’s still the question of whether Doug III is his son Spencer or if he really is who he claims, but the connection is that they’re both returned from Paris!

It’s possible that Doug III, Steven AND Spencer-if he turns up-are ALL working together and Spencer’s Doug III’s contact to hand over the diamonds too.

All in all, there are some very fishy coincidences happening in Salem, and all connected to that diamond necklace! Will the mystery be figured out and the puzzle pieces connected?
