DOOL Spoilers: Is John Black Going To Die Before His Anniversary?

Days Of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) are about to celebrate their wedding anniversary.

Belle Black (Martha Madison) and Paul Narita (Christopher Sean) are about to return to Salem to join them.

However, since these scenes weren’t filmed before Drake’s untimely dead, will John die before he comes home for his anniversary?

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – John Black Is Expected Home Soon

Days Of Our Lives spoilers indicate that John is expected home to celebrate his anniversary, however, he is off on another one of his trips.

At the same time, Clyde Weston (James Read) has just escaped person again and everyone knows he is holding Catherina Greene (Ellie Patrikios) hostage and has been for years. 

Unfortunately, the last time John went looking for answers he ended up in Popular Bluff locked up. John may feel compelled to go after Catherina and rescue her since he was the one who shot her years ago, or so he thinks.

Could Clyde end up taking John out this time around? After all, recasting John is just not an acceptable option.

DOOL Spoilers – John Black Was Marlena Evans Soulmate

John and Marlena were soulmates from the start. Spoilers reveal that Marlena and the kids will be waiting for John to come home when Marlena begins to fear that something is wrong.

Marlena and John have also had this connection and have always saved each other from the danger. This time, it just may be too late.

Drakes untimely death makes it difficult to carry out this anniversary storyline. After all, you sort of need the groom to celebrate the anniversary and John would never missing coming home to Marlena to celebrate.

Something could very well be terribly wrong with John this time and even Marlena can’t save him.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – John Black Could Get Kidnapped Again

At this point it seem they are either going to have to have John kidnapped again or kill him off now because there is not way to tape any new scenes. What do that writers plan to do about this? 

Clyde would be an easy way to at least have John kidnapped until his exit story could be written. However, John could be killed by Clyde or die before he gets home as well.

John was always a man of action, it would be so much better if he were to die out doing what he loved than to just be discovered dead in his bed. Will the writers think about this before they decide how to get rid of John Black? Will John get the hero send off he deserves?
