DOOL Spoilers: Holly’s Sent Back By Her Dad-Daniel Jonas Says It’s Not Her Time!

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers and updates tease Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) may approach the door of the afterlife but be sent back by her dad-Daniel Jonas (Shawn Christian).

He will tell her it’s not her time to die and go back home to her mother; viewers will recall Will Horton (Chandler Massey) had a similar experience.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Nicole DiMera Worries Her Only Child Will Die

Nicole DiMera (Arianne Zucker) can’t help but worry her only living child will die, so soon after losing her baby boy-although of course, he’s not really dead-he’s Jude Brady (uncast).

But Nicole does not yet know that-and yet, her only child Holly is lying there in a similar situation to her late father Daniel, who Holly never met.

Daniel was killed when Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) was on a bender and caused an automobile accident driving drunk, and although Daniel was on life support a short time, he passed.

It wouldn’t be surprising for Nicole to draw heartbreaking parallels between Holly being on life support and her late father being on life support.

However, there could be a way for Holly to meet Daniel and him to be worked into her story and she still come out of the coma and survive.

DOOL Spoilers – It’s Happened Before

Several situations have happened where citizens of Salem have come to the brink of death and been sent back by loved ones gone before them.

The example that may work the best here is when Will overdosed on an amnesia concoction Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (then William Utay) made.

Poor Sonny Kiriakis (then Freddie Smith) sat helplessly as other loved ones did watching Will slip away, but then he came out of it after an emergency antidote was given.

Peggy McKay, who played his great-grandma Caroline Brady had died in real life several months earlier, but on the show, he told loved ones Caroline sent him back, her having passed.

That was similar to how John Aniston’s real life passing was dealt with onscreen with Victor Kiriakis dying several months later due to DOOL’s six month ahead taping schedule.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Daniel Jonas Could Send Holly Jonas Back From The Brink Of Death

Even if Shawn Christian doesn’t reprise his role of Daniel for a heavenly scene sending his daughter back to earth, he could easily dial it in-literally.

He’s the real-life husband of Arianne Zucker and even if he doesn’t appear he could tape a voiceover scene. That’s where Holly might enter a bright light during an out of body experience and her father tell her to go back-it’s not her time.

At the door of heaven, Holly may instinctively know he’s her father, and he may give other advice as well before she returns. Days of Our Lives spoilers assure that Holly will recover eventually, even if it does take a while.
