Days spoilers for Friday, November 29 reveal that off the cusp of finding out about Doug William’s (Billy Hayes) passing, Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) will grieve the loss of her husband’s death.

Friday’s episode should prove to be a real tear-jerker, as added teasers imply that the rest of Salem will slowly, but surely, learn that Doug has passed away.

From the looks of this week’s preview, Hope will get a call from Jennifer Horton Deveraux, revealing what’s happened to Doug, and it looks like the mother and son and will try to deal with the sad news together.

It’s been a hot minute since fans have seen Hope and Shawn. Unfortunately, it’s under sad circumstances; however, in mourning the loss of a father and grandfather, will Hope and Shawn also offer an update of clues on how Bo Brady (Peter Reckell) is doing?

Across town, Days spoilers for Friday’s episode note Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will share some news about John Black (Drake Hogestyn) with Kayla Evans (Mary Beth Evans). Will it be good news or bad news?

The Days Winter preview hinted John goes missing at some point over the next days, weeks, and months, so is this what Marlena will tell Kayla about?

Then again, as Drake Hogestyn was sick and unable to participate in the Doug Wiliams/Bill Hayes tribute, perhaps Marlena’s scenes with Kayla will explain John’s absence. Only time will tell.
