DOOL Spoilers: Greg Vaughan Returns To Soap, Reprises Eric Brady Role In September

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers indicate that Salemites come and go, but some returns can be quicker than anticipated! Just mere weeks ago, Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) left Salem, finally reuniting with Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker), and the two headed out to Paris, with cute little baby Jude Brady (Oliver McLarty) in tow.

The family took off to live out their happily ever after, but it sounds like Eric is returning. So, what will bring Eric back to the little town?

Days Of Our Spoilers – Greg Vaughan’s Return Date Revealed

Days spoilers note that Eric will officially return to the canvas on Thursday, September 5. It looks like he’ll be back in Salem to support his brother Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) but will also have scenes with Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall).

Brady is involved in a highly intense storyline right now. As of this writing, his car has gone missing; however, Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) has linked it to Sarah Horton-Kiriakis’ (Linsey Godfrey) hit-and-run.

Brady is really fuzzy about the night and his possible role in Sarah’s accident, but as he was drunk at the time (and he’s desperately trying to hide the fact that he’s fallen off the wagon), he is remaining hush-hush about everything.

Of course, fans know that Fiona Cook (Serena Scott Thomas) is behind it all and covering up her role in hitting Sarah.

After all, her daughter-in-law is now paralyzed because of the incident, and she still hasn’t completely won over her son, Xander Kiriakis’s (Paul Telfer) affection. If he finds out she’s behind Sarah’s accident, he’ll never forgive her.

DOOL Spoilers – Will Brady Black Come Forth?

It’s hard to say if Brady will get caught up in all his lies and nabbed from the police or come forward on his own. If he believes he’s the one who hit Sarah, he’ll struggle with his guilt.

Either way, if Eric heads into town, there’s a good chance it’ll be revealed that Brady has fallen off the wagon.

Eric will not only help support his brother during this terrible time, but as a recovering alcoholic himself, he might want to be there to help Brady on his road to recovery and getting clean.

It sounds like Eric is on his way back home; however, how long will this next run be?
