DOOL Spoilers: Gabi Dumps Stefan After Cheating Revelation, Will He Reunite With Ava?

Days of our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Gabi DiMera’s (Cherie Jimenez) prison time is about to come to an end thanks to her husband Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash).

Stefan is pulling out all the stops to make sure his beloved wife goes home, and that includes blackmail.

Stefan recently discovered that EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) isn’t the biological father of Nicole Walker’s (Ariana Zucker) baby, and that Eric Brady (Greg Vaughn) is. EJ knows that Nicole would leave him for Eric if she knew the truth, so he’s agreed to make sure Gabi goes free.

Gabi’s freedom will happen sooner rather than later, so she and Stefan can resume their lives together finally. But Stefan has a secret that could blow his marriage apart and unfortunately, his sister Kristen DiMera (Stacey Haiduk) knows exactly what that secret is.

During a moment of weakness, Stefan slept with Ava Vitale (Tamara Braun) while Gabi was incarcerated for a crime she didn’t commit.

To be fair, Stefan was under a lot of pressure to keep Gabi safe in prison by Clyde Weston (James Read), but Clyde didn’t force Stefan to sleep with Ava.

As grateful as Gabi will be to have her freedom, that doesn’t mean Stefan will get a free pass for his transgressions.

Once she discovers that he cheated on her, Gabi will most certainly throw Stefan to the curb. And knowing Gabi, she’ll most likely seek revenge by taking DIMera Enterprises from him. But what about Stefan, will be give up on his wife or work for her forgiveness?

Chances are he will have to see that Gabi means business and forgiveness isn’t in his future.

Meanwhile, Ava and Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) have recently gone their separate ways. So Ava will be quite lonely in the coming days.

It should also be noted that Stefan looks exactly like his deceased twin brother, Jake DiMera (also Brandon Barash). Ava and Jake were very much in love before Jake was murdered right after proposing to her. She is likely very much attracted to Stefan simply because he reminds her of Jake.

It’s easy to see how they could get together, but would it permanent or just a relationship of convenience? What do you think?
