DOOL Spoilers: Does Konstantin Brainwash Xander To Shoot Harris?

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers and rumors tease Konstantin Meleounis (John Kapelos) may brainwash Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) to carry out his hit job.

Konstantin has already tried the tarot card on John Black (Drake Hogestyn) making him hold a gun to his head-brainwashing Xander to kill Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) is a snap.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – The Mysterious Call

Xander had a mysterious call with a disguised voice, offering him a hit job-Xander hasn’t been a hit man for years but yet this person knew of his past.

When he and Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) had dinner with Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) and unintentionally, Konstantin he also knew of his past as a hit man in Greece.

Supposedly, Xander had worked for Konstantin’s father-well, that would have been a very old man, much too old for Xander to have worked for-Xander wondered at the cryptic comment.

Xander sought out Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) who he thought might have called, but Stefan denied it. EJ DiMera (Dan Feurreriegel) was another suspicious factor but he was ruled out as well-that leaves Konstantin.

DOOL Spoilers – Why Harris Michaels?

One question might be why Konstantin would want to have Harris taken out-very simple; Harris knows things from being in Greece and programmed at one time by Megan DiMera (Miranda Wilson).

Harris has been in the childhood home of Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) and knows all kinds of things about Bo Brady (Peter Reckell) that could be harmful to Konstantin’s agenda.

Konstantin knew Victor but not as a childhood friend-and if Megan knew then Harris might know too, even though he was deprogrammed.

For whatever reason, Konstantin sees Harris as a threat-one threat down, then two to go in John and Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols).

If Konstantin can successfully program the Pawn to work for him, then Xander can go after Steve and John’s no longer a problem.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – It’s Obviously Xander Cook Who Shoots Harris Michaels

It’s obviously Xander who shoots Harris in a back alley, but the big question is, why?

Xander had no interest in re-entering the world of mobsters and hit men and is doing a good job running the Spectator; and Konstantin was quite intimidating to him at dinner.

Even Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) looked askance at Konstantin’s remark that Xander worked for Konstantin’s father!

By the time Xander gets a gun and a ski mask and goes after Harris in the alley, there’s a good chance that they encounter each other again.

This time Konstantin will have the pagoda tarot card and know how to use it-to activate Xander as a hit man!
