DOOL Spoilers: Dan Feuerriegel Talks About Working With Arianne Zucker & The Impending Demise Of EJole

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers not that fans are reeling over the recent plot twist in the Baby Jude (Oliver McLarty) saga, as Nicole DiMera (Arianne Zucker) finally learned her baby was really alive.

Still, the whole truth has yet to be revealed, as EJ DiMera is at the helm of keeping the child’s true paternity hidden.

Soap Opera Digest (SOD) recently spoke to EJ’s portrayer, Dan Feuerriegel, about the storyline and the recent turn of events.

Plus EJ’s massive scheme to keep everyone out of the loop about Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) being Jude’s real father, fans know that it’s only a matter of time before Nicole finds out the truth, and EJole breaks up.

During his SOD interview, Dan talks about the downfall of EJ and Nicole, thanks to DiMera’s lies, stating, “Yeah, it (will be) devastating. I don’t think EJ sits still enough while it’s happening to marinate on the possibility of that, because he’s constantly in guard mode to protect the truth from coming out.”

Dan was asked about creating EJole as a popular Salem couple, with actress Arianne Zucker, and he notes during his SOD interview that, “Oh, I’ve loved it. I’ve loved playing that, and Ari’s just the best. She’s so good to work with. She’s so easy to work with, and she’s amazing. So, it was so easy in that regard.”

Feuerriegel also states that the baby swap arc has been a “phenomenal storyline”, and an “absolute pleasure to be a part of”. He adds that he’s “loved seeing a different side to EJ other than just being the villain, and it was a pleasure to work with Ari and Greg. They’re such fantastic people and fantastic actors that it was an honor”.
