DOOL spoilers reveal that Connie tried to kill multiple people. This includes Gabi, Melinda Trask (Tina Huang), Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun), Stefan, and Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering).

Connie also successfully murdered Li Shin (Remington Hoffman) and Everett Lynch aka Robert “Bobby” Stein (Blake Berris). After Connie was finally busted, she was sent to Bayview. That left Gabi without a perfect assistant.

Recently, Gabi and Rafe reunited with their cousin, Javi. Right after moving to Salem, Gabi offered Javi the job of being her assistant. Javi seemed uncertain at first, but then got excited about it.

Once learning that he was basically running errands, Javi started to reconsider. Of course, Javi also keeps getting distracted by Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart)!

Recently, Javi mentioned to Leo that the divorce has completely broken Gabi. Now, Gabi tried to tell Stefan that she changed her mind. By the time Gabi got to the DiMera mansion, Stefan had already left.

Gabi assumes that Stefan left after signing the divorce papers. Fans know that Vivian Alamain (Louise Sorel) made sure that Stefan couldn’t reunite with Gabi.

When villains return, they usually want redemption. Connie was clearly unhinged and unstable. Connie could come back to Salem mentally well but in search of redemption.

The only way that Gabi would ever forgive or trust Connie again was if it had something to do with Stefan. Could Connie earn redemption by finding Stefan and bringing him back to Gabi?

Despite the killer’s actions, Gabi has always gushed about how Connie was the perfect assistant. I adore Javi already, but I don’t see him cut out for the corporate world. So, that leaves Gabi still in need of an assistant at Gabi Chic.

Could Connie end up returning to Salem? Will Connie be mentally well but searching for redemption? If so, could that lead Connie to find Stefan and reunite STABI?
