The latest promo shows Chanel screaming in pain and collapsing as her mother watches in horror, and her husband rushes to her side, then being admitted to the hospital!

Chanel has set her sights on Los Angeles as the perfect place for Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) to chase his dreams.

With this move, she envisions expanding her bakery and introducing Sweet Bits LA to the world; the anticipation of this new chapter is building up her excitement.

However, doubts have always lingered in our minds regarding the feasibility of this grand plan-there hasn’t been any indication of Chanel and Johnny leaving Days for an extended period.

The scenarios seem to be suggesting that they might just stay put in Salem after all-unfortunately, there might be a heartbreaking reason behind this.

In the week of June 24-28, Chanel will unexpectedly experience severe cramps that will necessitate medical attention, and she’ll be rushed to Salem University Hospital.

DOOL Spoilers – Chanel DiMera Might Be Miscarrying

Clearly, Johnny and Paulina Price Carver (Jackée Harry) are panicked when Chanel collapses in pain, and they rush to get her in an examining room.

Dr. Mark Greene (Jonah Robinson) is apparently on call, as he rushes after them as well, and it does appear to be a crisis with the baby. By the time Abe Carver (James Reynolds) arrives, the look on Paulina’s face when he asks about the baby indicates the situation is indeed grim.

Every indication seems to be that Chanel has miscarried and she and Johnny have lost their baby, although the previous exposure to radiation may not be responsible at all.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Paulina Price Will Suffer Terrible Guilt

Following Chanel’s traumatic experience, Paulina will grapple with overwhelming guilt; this could potentially indicate that Chanel’s baby might not survive, leading Paulina to fear that she is to blame.

Although it is impossible to determine with certainty whether radiation played a role in this tragedy, it is a thought that will undoubtedly weigh heavily on their minds.

Chanel recently forgave Paulina for endangering her health and that of her unborn child; will she reconsider her decision if she suspects that radioactive Paulina caused her to lose it?
