DOOL Spoilers: AnnaLynne McCord Talks “Abigail’s” Real Identity Cat Greene – Granddaughter Of Konstantin Meleounis?

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers indicate some massive plot twists on the horizon in Salem.

Fans are on the cusp of learning the real identity of Fake Abigail DiMera; however, during a recent interview with TV Insider, actress AnnaLynne McCord offered some interesting tidbits for fans to speculate when it comes to her character’s story.

DOOL spoilers for the week of October 21-25 hint that fans will learn more about “Abby” and her storyline outside of pretending to be Chad DiMera’s (Billy Flynn) late wife.

During her TV Insider interview, McCord revealed that “Abigail’s” real name, which is Cat Greene. She also notes that after the big reveal to Chad, the details of Cat’s arc will begin to play out and fans will learn more about her family dynamics and what her brothers and sister means to her.

McCord also states in the interview that she found out something recently about Cat that she can’t share, but teases that her character’s background has an even bigger twist in store for fans.

“Cat” sounds like a shorten version of “Catharina”. Could Catharina Meleounis (last played by Ellie Patrikos), the woman that was thought to be eliminated by John Black (Drake Hogestyn) all those years ago when he was “The Pawn”, be Cat’s mom?

Catharina was the daughter of Konstantin Meleounis (John Kapelos), and fans may recall the Greek con was the one who accused John of this.

There’s always a chance that Catharina survived the scenario she was in with John and moved on to fall in love and marry Mr. Greene and become Catharina Greene – the very mom that Clyde Weston (James Read) is holding hostage.

As John was tied up in the very same warehouse Cat was found in, there’s a good chance these two storylines could collide.

One thing’s for sure, fans will learn more about Cat, and her siblings, Mark Greene (Jonah Robinson), Aaron Greene (Louis Tomeo), and Felicity Greene (Kennedy Garcia) in the ‘days’ and weeks to come!
