DOOL Arianne Zucker Fired, Suing Days of Our Lives Producers, Alleges Nicole Actress Wrongfully Terminated

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Arianne Zucker (Nicole Walker-DiMera) has filed a lawsuit.

The lawsuit alleges that after being subjected to sexual harassment, she was basically fired. Keep reading to get all the details and what this could possibly mean for Nicole’s future on the soap.

Nicole Walker-DiMera’s Confusing Exit

DOOL spoilers reveal that Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) is on life support. Transferred to a Rome clinic for state-of-the-art treatment, Nicole followed her daughter.

Since then, Nicole has been with Holly in Rome. While life goes on for the rest of Salem, Nicole’s exit left fans confused. It was assumed that Nicole would return shortly later. However, a new lawsuit, brought to our attention by TMZ, states that Zucker was fired.

DOOL Spoilers: Arianne Zucker’s Lawsuit

TMZ reported that Zucker’s lawsuit is directed toward Albert Alarr, the soap’s former producer. Executive producer Ken Corday is also named in the lawsuit as well as Corday Productions, Inc.

In the lawsuit, Zucker states that she was given a take it or leave it option at the soap. Zucker also alleges that the producers refused to negotiate in good faith. When Zucker’s contract expired, she was basically fired.

Albert Alarr Accused

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that the lawsuit is also filled with allegations regarding Alarr. Zucker states in the lawsuit that Alarr would touch her and other female actors without permission.

The details go on, but in a nutshell, Zucker claims that Corday Productions was aware of Alarr’s harassment, had several complaints from performers throughout the years, yet still did nothing about it. Then, to add insult to injury, Zucker ended up getting fired.

Zucker is suing for wrongful termination, retaliation, harassment as well as negligent hiring and supervision.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Donald Trump Scandal

This is not the first time Zucker has been involved in a harassment scandal in Hollywood. Zucker appeared in the Access Hollywood video, in which Donald Trump bragged about performing unwanted sexual advances towards women.

DOOL is the only soap that has an accelerated production schedule. Instead of filming weeks in advance, Days of Our Lives films six to eight months in advance. So, fans will still see Nicole… at least for a little while. In fact, Nicole is mentioned in spoilers for the week of February 12, 2024.
