Days Of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease a major return and a long-awaited exit on the horizon. However, one possible major return as a recast is among ifs, ands, and buts, as well as one possible exit!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Major Returns-Here’s What We Know

After the regular writers’ explosive return to Days of Our Lives, things have slowed down a bit while they set things in order and set up the next batch of big stories.

And chief among those are Gabi Hernandez (Cheri Jiminez) and Abigail DiMera (AnnaLynne McCord) possibly returning! Gabi is a definite, Abigail’s a maybe-IF it’s Abigail and not someone else.

Did we hear a “but”-the “but” is BUT Abigail’s father, Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) has returned just when Clyde Weston (James Read) claimed she’s alive.

Now comes the “and”-AND there must be a reason for Jack to return just when Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) are looking for Abigail.

Gabi’s recast return is definite-she’s shown embracing an overjoyed Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) in Days Of Our Lives’ promo video for the week of June 24.

DOOL Spoilers – For-Sure Returns, Perhaps Temporary

Jack’s return may be just for this arc in which the imprisoned blonde’s identity is ascertained; Eli and Lani Grant (Lamon Archey, Sal Stowers) popped in with their kids. However, they seem to have popped out just as quickly, in spite of Chanel DiMera’s (Raven Bowens) pregnancy crisis this upcoming week.

Judith Chapman pops in as Diana Cooper, and she and son Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) argue in Statesville’s visitation area. That happens on Tuesday, June 25 so whether Diana’s around for a while, at this point it’s a wait and see situation.

It is a for sure return of Casey Moss as JJ Deveraux, but it’s still a wait and see if it has anything to do with Abigail or not as this is recent, and they still tape around six months ahead.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Leaving For Sure, Except One-

Two DOOL exits happening this upcoming week that are for sure are Steve Burton as Harris Michaels and Bryan Datillo as Lucas Horton.

Lucas says goodbye to his mother, Kate Brady (Lauren Koslow) on Tuesday, the same day Leo visits his in Statesville.

Steve’s last airdate is Monday, June 24 and he’ll say goodbye to Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) in a bittersweet breakup; it’s doubtful he’ll be back.

What we don’t know yet is if Ava will be staying, and spoilers for her and Harris’ goodbye are interesting.

Even though Steve will be at General Hospital on a two year contract, Harris mentions leaving Salem to look for Megan DiMera (Miranda Wilson); might she be back in the future?
