The reality show Big Brother continues to remain one of the best summer traditions on television. Fans look forward to the houseguests, shenanigans, challenges, and mysterious twists and turns at every corner. As per a post via the Big Brother Instagram handle, BB 26 will have a two-night premiere taking place on Wednesday, July 17 and Thursday, July 18.
The show’s infamous Zingbot robot’s voice could be heard in the post spewing his legendary, “Zingity, Zingity, Zing!” jargon, as the July 17 and July 18 dates pop up on the screen.
Us Weekly is reporting that BB 26 will air on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays; however, unlike the show’s traditional airtime of 8 p.m. (ET), this season’s episodes will air at 9 p.m. (ET) on all three nights. Typically in the past, Thursday is live eviction shows.
Plus, fans can expect to see the hostess with the most-ess, Julie Chen Moonves return as BB 26’s official host! She’s been in this role since the reality TV series premiered in 2000. Julie will be on hand for the premiere night, as well as eviction shows, and the season finale episodes.

Baham is 27 years of age and from Rancho Cucamonga, California. She’s the director of a not-for-profit organization and describes herself as a Big Brother superfan.
Hailing from Boise, Idaho, Hodges’s hometown is Running Springs, California, and the 21-year-old used to be a Marine. He believes in his social and people” skills and thinks that he has many strengths to win this game, beyond his “shmoozing” abilities.
At the age of 30, Rodriguez is a video store clerk, from Tampa, Florida. He believes he’ll do well in the game as he brings a different blend of skills to the competition, without being “overbearing”.
At the age of 25, Matt resides in Roswell, Georgia, and thinks the other contestants may underestimate his abilities as they’ll view him as a “tanned athlete” when he has other skills he’s bringing to the table. He believes he has a “balance” of traits that will give him an advantage.
Rivera hails originally from Covington, Georgia, but lives in Dallas, Texas. She’s 34 years old and is a business administrator.
At the age of 35, Bernabe lives in Hollywood (L.A.) and is a bartender.
At age 23, Clottey owns a crochet business and resides in Atlanta, Georgia. She believes that she can “read” people, and if she’s right, she’ll be able to score the upper hand in this game!
Sullivan-Brown is a 25-year-old physical therapist who hails from Bowie, Maryland.
At 50 years old, Murray lives in Long Beach, California, but is originally from Syracuse, Utah. She works as a realtor.
At age 25, Quinn lives in Omaha, Nebraska; her hometown is Lawton, Oklahoma. She works as a nurse recruiter.
Peters is a 26-year-old VIP cocktail server, living in Miami, Florida, whose hometown is Pittsburgh.
The 30-year-old’s hometown is Boston; however, he currently lives in Brooklyn, working in sales and marketing.
Lisa is 33 years old, a celebrity chef, and lives in Hollywood.
Originally from Boston, Kelley is 52 years old and was once an undercover police officer.
Kimo Apaka
At 35 years old, Apaka lives in Hilo, Hawaii, and sells mattresses for a living.
Manbeck lives in Houston, Texas. At the age of 22, she oversees construction projects. Makensy plans to “tone down” her natural aggressiveness in the house by potentially walking in and acting “shy”. She also admits she’s a “triple threat”; however, will this work to her advantage, or could she become a target?
