B&B Spoilers: Zende Is The First Test – Carter And Hope Need Allies

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz) is stunned. He can’t believe what Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) and Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) are doing.

Zende is also making the same link as Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye), Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), and Eric Forrester (John McCook) are making. He sees that Carter and Hope’s new love connection directly influences what’s happening.

However, Zende finds himself in a position far different from his three other relatives. Instead of being disrespected, he’s offered the lead designer role in the restored Hope for the Future.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Ridge Forrester Blames Hope Logan

Ridge and Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) are locked in a downward spiral. Ridge made excessively disrespectful comments about Hope because he blames her for Carter’s personality shift.

Brooke is not allowing Ridge to run over Hope and will stand her ground. This could mean another split is looming for B&B’s most fluid couple. However, more has to play out before that becomes clearer.

In the meantime, Brook understands Ridge’s shock. She also proved her loyalty and dedication when reporting the coup plans she heard Carter and Hope discussing in the cabin. So, Ridge is on the downside in this argument.

B&B Spoilers – Zende Forrester Dominguez Wasn’t Happy

Zende was upset about HFTF being chopped. It meant that all his efforts were going to storage. But this unexpected turnaround means he can pick up where he left off.

While more daytime cards need to fall before a regular order of business is restored, it’s reasonable to believe that Zende will become Hope’s lead designer, as she asked. If so, that’s a major plus for him.

But he has to weigh the disloyalty aspect of making that decision. Eric, Ridge, and Steffy plan to fight Carter’s hostile takeover. So, siding with Carter and Hope would put Zende at odds with his family, making him seem like an opportunist.

Zende also has to consider all eventually being reversed and the Forresters regaining power. He might be out of a job if that outcome happens.

For the moment, Carter and Hope are calling the fashion shots. But how long will this stunning status quo last?

Justin Barber (Aaron D. Spears) believes what Carter did was unethical but legal. The Forresters aren’t willing to accept that yet but might have to.

Ridge is already pivoting, as his comments to Brooke indicate. He wants to stop Hope once and for all, which will provoke Carter.

At this point in the coup, Carter and Hope are a team of two. They’ll need far more allies than each other for the new FC to be successful. Whether Zende becomes the first to join them will soon be seen.
