B&B Spoilers: Why Has Tom Become So Nosy About Sheila-Is He Really What He Appears To Be?

The Bold and The Beautiful (B&B) spoilers and rumors tease there must be a reason why Tom (Clint Howard) has suddenly become so nosy about Sheila Sharpe (Kimberlin Brown).

Is he really what he appears to be, a homeless man who was living on the streets, who happens to be able to perform wedding ceremonies, or is he undercover?

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Tom Did A Lot Of “Googling” Sheila At A Library?

Tom’s story to Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) was that he did a lot of “googling” Sheila at a computer in a library and found out all these past crimes that way.

He warned Deacon about his new wife, even though previously he’d performed the ceremony-yet, if he found out about Sheila’s crimes at the library, why was he shown on a phone?

Granted, computers and internet ready cell phones have been around long enough for Tom to have learned these skills before becoming homeless; but why would he research Sheila to begin with?

When Deacon and John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) first encountered Tom, he was in the thick of the action of drug smuggling activity.

Could he really be an undercover narcotics officer looking for drug dealers-remember; Sheila was presumed dead so there would have been no BOLOs or APBs!

B & B Spoilers – Sheila Carter Wouldn’t Have Had Any Active Warrants

Sheila wouldn’t have had any active warrants, since the botched FBI takedown that Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) tried resulted in freedom!

None of the surveillance confessions about Lance Day (Adam Huss) could be used in court, the case was thrown out under entrapment statutes.

Sheila had behaved herself ever since that time and lived with Deacon, working as his hostess at Il Giardino much of the time since until Janet “Sugar” Webber (Kimberlin Brown) came.

Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) then killed Sugar, with the assumption she was Sheila, the theory being Sugar was going to kill Steffy and frame Sheila.

If Tom is an undercover narc, he would have no reason to be aware of Sheila and her crimes since his focus would be drug dealers.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Tom May Be In Touch With The LAPD

Being an employee of Il Giardino need not interfere with his duties as an undercover narc-he can make deliveries and still look for dealers, it only would add to his cover.

However, as a cop he may be in touch with the LAPD and be keeping an eye on Sheila as well as his continuing narc duties.

There are plenty of high end drug dealers possibly higher up the ladder that have wealthier people as their clients, and working at Il Giardino gives Tom excellent access.

Sheila should probably continue to behave herself and not do anything that could get her arrested. With a rap sheet like hers, no one would be surprised one slip up could cause her past charges to be reinstated!
