Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) administered and oversaw the tests and she definitely does not want Poppy Nozawa (Romy Park) to end up with Bill.
If the DNA tests say that Bill is the dad, will Li even tell them or will she lie? She is a sneaky one as we all know from the time she kept John ‘Finn’ Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) alive and didn’t even tell his own wife that her husband wasn’t dead after all.
