If the show decides to allow Finn to go with Hope, it’s safe to say that his marriage is headed for disaster. It seems like the show might be recycling a similar storyline involving Hope, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton), and Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson).

While Liam himself has a history of cheating on Hope and was a bit hypocritical, holding her betrayal in Italy against her, he just couldn’t move past her betrayal with Thomas.

According to Liam, Thomas was the one person who had the power to break their marriage, so when Hope gave in to her feelings for him, everything changed.

Similarly, Steffy has betrayed Finn before and was forgiven, but it’s uncertain if she would be willing to extend the same forgiveness if he were to cheat with Hope.

Finn and Steffy have endured a lot in their marriage, but if Finn were to have an affair with Hope during the Sheila chaos, Steffy might decide it’s the breaking point.

Just like Liam couldn’t move past Hope’s betrayal with Thomas, Finn’s betrayal with Hope could mark the end of his relationship with Steffy.

This could mean swift divorce proceedings for Finn, so he should seriously weigh his choices before getting too involved with Hope, because that will be the final straw!

One might think that Finn would never cheat on his wife but she’s seriously getting on his nerves about his birth mother, Sheila.

Hope is supportive of his feelings, especially given that Sheila is now her mother in law, and even though Finn’s her stepbrother now, so is Thomas!
