According to The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers, Thomas Forrester left Los Angeles. His sister Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) convinced him to go to Paris after Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) rejected his proposal. Thomas assumed he and Hope were on the same page with their relationship.

He didn’t notice that Hope wasn’t into him. It took her several weeks to confess she was in love with him. Hope only declared that she cared about Thomas. He popped the question a few times and encouraged her to wear the ring around her neck to feel his love for her.

Hope proudly wore the engagement ring. She clasped it in her hand whenever she thought about him. But she never said she loved him until she turned down his proposal for the final time.
