B&B Spoilers: Imprisoned Luna Befriended By Mike Guthrie-Takes Advantage Of His Midlife Crisis Crush To Escape?

The Bold and The Beautiful (B&B) spoilers and rumors tease an imprisoned Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) may find someone behind bars who’ll take a real shine to her.

Since Sheila Carter Sharpe (Kimberlin Brown) is happily married and moved on, maybe Mike Guthrie (Ken Hanes) is ready for a midlife crisis and a not-so-sweet young thing!

It seems like especially since many prisons are privately run, the new owners have made sweeping changes-like allowing prisoners a computer room to surf the web, or coed meeting rooms.

These are luxuries mostly afforded to those who have the best behavior, and it’s been well over a year since the last time Mike helped Sheila.

He’s been in prison since December 2023 for helping Sheila, but with her now exonerated he’s had no mischief to make, after being obsessed with her for years.

Sheila hasn’t gone to visit or communicate with Mike that is known of, and he has no family, except a brother Martin Guthrie (David L. Lander) he hasn’t seen in years.

So, chances are, Mike’s a pretty lonely guy since the usual prisoner types don’t generally want to be friends with a former prison guard!

B & B Spoilers – Mike Guthrie Zeroes In On The New Younger Girl In The Coed Room

It would be surprising indeed if the prison officials even allow Luna in a coed visiting room with less than maximum security, but Mike notices she’s being harassed.

Just like in the men’s’ part, the women’s’ part also has their prison hierarchy whose rules must be obeyed if one wants to stay safe.

It turns out their coed visiting area is actually the prison lunchroom, and the private owners combined the lunchroom to save costs-even though everyone’s hands are free their feet are shackled.

So, if someone’s in trouble it’s a little difficult to escape even though everyone’s feet are shackled-a group of prison bullies can still really hurt a newbie!

Mike zeroes in on what’s happening to Luna and the old prison guard within intervenes and breaks it up.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Something About Luna Reminds Mike Of Sheila

Something about Luna reminds Mike of a younger Sheila, not in her looks but in how she handles herself and how she acts.

After he chases the bullies away, they sit together in the lunchroom and start talking and he finds out she knows Sheila-in fact, she’s John “Finn” Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) adoptive cousin.

Of course she lies and tells him she was set up for murders her mother committed, and she’s so believable Mike feels sorry for her!

It isn’t long before Mike has a midlife crisis crush on Luna, and she can tell-and that’s when she starts involving him in her plan. Just like he did so many times with Sheila, he involves himself in helping Luna plan an escape!
