B&B Spoilers: Hope’s Target Missed? – Finn Unable To Stop Her Pursuit

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers document that Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) is not restraining herself. She continues to imagine a romance with John Finn Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) that seems impossible to realize.

Devoted daytime fans know that circumstances can instantly change after a slow build. The glide path to Finn’s solid marriage being upended appears already set. However, various steps must be taken before this anticipated plot path is deepened.

Finn’s choice not to tell Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) that Hope has been flirting with him is purposeful. He believes Hope remains out of sorts following her misguided involvement with Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson). But his calculation is risky.

Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) stunningly became Taylor Hayes’ (then played by Krista Allen) ally at a point in the plot when both ladies did not want Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) to control their lives.

Steffy was as confounded as her father by that alliance. In time, Brooke reconciled with Ridge, leaving Taylor (now played by Rebecca Budig) alone again. She eventually left and recently reappeared as the recast in Monte Carlo.

The resurgence of Bridge now includes Ridge reviving the Brooke’s Bedroom Line. Steffy’s skepticism was linked to her desire to cut Hope for the Future.

However, the overwhelming success at the Fashion Summit forced Steffy to focus on Brooke’s return to prominence. That means Wood’s character is temporarily distracted.

B&B Spoilers – Hope Logan Seizes Opportunity

Hope recognizes that the time is right to pursue her developing agenda. She is counting on Steffy underestimating her ability to win.

Noelle’s character continues to replay recent encounters with Finn, including his migraine relief techniques. She also is fixated on Steffy’s presumption of complete control.

But Hope believes an opportunity will open if she persists in pursuing Finn. Coming scenes have him continuing to fend her off advances.

The audience will have the right to collectively wonder if a character other than Steffy will catch one of these interactions, increasing the range of this storyline.

Alternatively, Hope could engineer a scenario where someone, possibly including Steffy, becomes aware of this reality with the intention of destabilizing that marriage.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – John Finn Finnegan Reaffirms Family Life

Finn has often and most recently told Steffy how much he values the life they’ve created. She has no current reason to doubt his total devotion to her.

Hope needs to change that perception. Doing so would result in Steffy becoming defensive and counterattacking.

However, Hope’s old-school Brooke tactics are dangerous. She could alienate Friend, who has become a supporter and friend, rather than take him from Steffy as hoped.
