Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) might be behind bars and claiming how sorry she is for killing two innocent men, but that doesn’t mean she isn’t plotting her next act.
Knowing that Poppy Nozawa (Romy Park) and Dollar Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) broke up, the wheels turn in Luna’s head.
If Bill couldn’t be her dad, she wanted him to be her lover and now she still has a chance. Of course, being behind bars doesn’t help but Luna thinks she can handle that problem.
First, she has to get Bill back on her good side so she sends him another strange and apologetic letter.

Bill is not quite sure what to make of it. He truly trusted Luna and even thought that she was her daughter, but then she turned out to be a serial killer and not his at all.
But, she seems to feel genuine remorse and Bill has a soft spot for people who make mistakes considering how many mistakes he has made in his life. Will Bill decide to visit Luna in jail and see what she really wants?
Cater Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) is mad and he’s not going to take it anymore. After confusing the team at Forrester Creations and sending Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) Finnegan into a tizzy, Carter has even more plans that FC is not going to like at all.
Firing Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) and shutting down Hope for the Future was the last straw for Carter. Like Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson), he can see Hope’s vision even if nobody else can.
He wants what is best for Hope because he is suddenly in love with her, but he has to get away from Forrester in order to give it to her.
Carter shares his latest revenge plans with Hope. Are they too extreme or will she get on board? Carter just might be Hope perfect future.
