B&B Spoilers: Deacon Crazy With Grief, Finn Asks Hope About Getting Help For Her Dad!

The Bold and The Beautiful (B&B) spoilers and rumors tease John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) may ask Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) about getting some help for her dad!

Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) seems to be literally crazy with grief, he told Finn the body cremated couldn’t be Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) because he saw ten toes on the corpse!

Finn is worried about Deacon, that he can’t accept Sheila’s death-he says Deacon told him that as the body went into the fire, the sheet blew and he saw ten toes.

Finn knows that Sheila had nine toes, they used her toe to identify her DNA when she faked a bear killing her while hiding in a cabin in Montana.

The crematorium wasn’t able to stop the process so the corpse is only ashes, and the crematorium operator got there too late to see what Deacon claimed he saw.

Hope is worried when Finn tells her this and isn’t sure what to do-it sounds like her father’s literally crazy with grief over Sheila.

Both Finn and Hope now wish they had gone to the crematorium with Deacon, and helped him process Sheila’s death, now that he’s saying it wasn’t Sheila in the coffin.

B & B Spoilers – John “Finn” Finnegan Isn’t Sure He Could Have Handled Watching

Finn isn’t sure he could have handled watching anyone’s body going into the oven, let alone someone he knew-regardless of whose it was.

That’s why he didn’t go, and the same with Hope; she didn’t think she could handle the gruesome sight either.

It is difficult to extract DNA from ashes, although sometimes it can be obtained from teeth or bones, but the body was completely cremated so it may not be possible.

If DNA could be extracted from the ashes Finn would be glad to contribute some of his for matching, that may be the only thing that would give Deacon some closure.

Hope agrees it’s horrible for Deacon to think he saw ten toes going into the oven and not being able to accept Sheila’s death.

Finn and Hope put their heads together to figure out how they can best help Deacon grieve and get closure-Finn thinks he needs professional help.

There is a grief support group that meets in the hospital he’d be glad to refer him to if he would attend, he has referred survivors to it before.

He knows that grief can affect people in different ways and many people think their loved ones’ ghosts haunt them-but this is different.

One thing is certain-the body was identified as Sheila’s without question, or it wouldn’t have been released from the morgue. If someone doubted it, why did no one examine the corpse’s feet or notice how many toes she had?
