Very recently Bill discovered that Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) is his daughter and he could not be more smitten with the young lady.

There may be another reconnection for Bill, one with former henchman Justin Barber (Aaron D. Spears).

Bill rejected his fixer after he went bonkers and kidnapped Bill and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton).

Justin went wild with power and kidnapped Bill and Liam after the Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero) mystery death.

But absence makes the heart fonder, so they say, and Bill’s sentimental mood could extend to Justin. After all, they made a great, diabolical team together.

Justin and Bill were as close as brothers and since Justin left Bill has not had an enforcer.

Did Justin and Bill go to Il Giardino together? Tom Starr (Clint Howard) was a threat to Bill’s happiness and he could have found out about it off camera. If so, it’s easy to believe that Bill would have had Justin take him out.

Paul “Hollis” Hollister (Hollis W. Chambers) found out something startling when he went through Tom’s backpack and maybe Justin thought it was necessary to silence him also, in order to protect Bill?

Justin has loose morals and if he wanted to get in good with Bill again a double murder on his behalf would be the way to go. Then again, Justin may have killed for entirely selfish reasons.
