According to the police, former 90 Day Fiancé star Tom Brooks and his fiancée, Mariah Fineman are being stalked in their Las Vegas neighborhood. A police report obtained by TMZ reveals that the stalking of Tom and Mariah started in January, but is still continuing as Daisy de la Hoya is accused of the crime. The Rock of Love alum gets in Tom’s space, while she declares her love for the former TLC star.

According to the police report obtained by TMZ, after de la Hoya started stalking them, she would often call out his name, inviting him inside her home for dinner. According to the former 90 Day Fiancé star, he was told by the building’s maintenance that Daisy learned his name through his appearance on the TLC reality show.

Meanwhile, Brooks alleges that for several weeks, Daisy continued stalking him wherever he was in the apartment complex. Moreover, the stalking didn’t just happen on the property, as according to the report, de la Hoya also follows Tom and Mariah when out for a walk. The Rock of Love alum even – repeatedly – offered to call Tom a Lyft or Uber, an offer he turned down.

Stalking continues to escalate

However, according to the report, matters escalated a few days later when de la Hoya chased him and Mariah out of the building, as they headed to their car. She even climbed into their car as the couple unlocked the vehicle in an attempt to quickly escape the harrowing situation.

According to Tom, Daisy ran past them, jumping into the backseat of the car. She then refused to leave the car for several minutes until the police were called to the scene. However, no arrests were made at that time.

Tom and Mariah said they eventually asked management to move them to a different building away from their stalker. Brooks has several videos of the encounters with Daisy de la Hoya that capture the whole story including this footage posted by TMZ on YouTube.
