90 Day Fiancé star Michael Ilesanmi goes missing
In a TikTok video posted on Monday, February 26, Angela Deem said her husband, Michael Ilesanmi, has been missing since February 23, as follows:
@accordingtoamber1 BREAKING NEWS! Angela’s husband Michael is currently missing. On February 23rd Michael said he was hungry and Angela went to get him some food and cigarettes. When she came back Michael was nowhere to be found and all his belongings were left behind including his phone, I.D., passport, shoes, etc. Angela went live sharing the news begging for help finding Michael. She became so distraught during this live that she had to have John Yates husband take over the live to answer questions and share what they know so far which isn’t much. I will keep you guys updated. #michael90dayfiance #angeladeem #angela90dayfiance #angelaandmichael #90dayfiance #90dayfiancepillowtalk #90dayfiance_tlc #90dayfiancenews #90daytheotherway #90dayfiancé #90dayfiancehappilyeverafter #tlc #tlcnetwork #loveafterlockup #90dayfiancetlc #90daydiaries #90dayfianceupdates #90dayfiancewhatnow #youtuber #youtube #contentcreator
Angela, 58, can be heard in the TikTok video, saying:
Michael’s been missing since the 23rd. The police are involved, we can’t find him.
Meanwhile, she said her home security cameras didn’t pick up his departure from her home.
Michael had no ID or wallet with him
“Michael left everything here. I know that there’s people probably think, ‘Oh, maybe he just left.’ But like, nothing, not any ID, nothing to show his name on it, no clothing, not a toothbrush. Zero point zero zero. No wallet, nothing. Clothes on his back is what he left with on Friday,” Angela told 90 Day Fiancé blogger John Yates, adding that Michael “only had like $40 on him.”
Moreover, Angela said that if Ilesanmi left on his own, he should have called her, adding, “Everybody in this town, I’m gonna tell you, they say, ‘Angela, he’s f–king walked out because he’s got no reason to stay here.’ I don’t want to believe that.”
However, despite those red flags, Angela then seemed to question her relationship with Michael. She wondered if she had been played once he arrived in the US, saying:
But it’s looking like he’s planned this the whole f**king time. This is not funny. This is real s**t. I am not Chantel [Everett]. I am not Daniele [Gates]. I am not Molly [Hopkins]. You’ve got the wrong goddamn American.
“He’s my husband and I love him and i don’t know where he’s at. As long as he’s safe, just call us. The police are involved. This is beyond what the f**k is going on. You got my four grandkids crying that something’s wrong with you. This is not Karine and Paul [Staehle],” Angela said, adding:
What do I say to these people, because I don’t have no answers? We know he’s deceitful, but I don’t think he would go this far and not call at least my daughter.
When fans questioned Angela about contacting immigration, she told viewers that she and John are “not allowed” to answer their concerns. She said they would just need to use their common sense, saying, “If Michael is really missing and doesn’t contact us, immigration can take over. That’s all I can tell you.”
Angela and Michael are set to star in the upcoming season of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After, which has already been filmed.
