90 Day Fiancé star Jasmine Pineda and Gino Palazzolo have had their ups and downs during their rocky relationship but now they are wed.

However, despite this, there are still some problems to navigate with her life in the US. It was recently revealed that Jasmine has agreed to have a baby with Gino, but she already has two sons, who get priority, but now she has received devastating news about her kids.

90 Day Fiancé Jasmine gets bad news about her sons

Now that 90 Day Fiancé stars Jasmine Pineda and Gino Palazzolo are married and living in the US, Jasmine’s next priority is to bring her two sons to America. Both children are from her previous marriage and they are important in her life.

However, it seems bringing her sons to the US might take longer than expected. Moreover, she was in disbelief after she learned it could take around two years to move them to the US.

Previously, Gino had promised Jasmine that he would take care of them and they were expecting the two boys to arrive in around six months. While they were both excited to welcome the boys to America, they just had some bad news.

The boys were not on Jasmine’s visa application

In a recent 90 Day Fiancé episode, the Panamanian beauty realized this wasn’t the case. According to their immigration lawyer, her sons won’t be able to come for the time being.

Meanwhile, it was revealed that Gino hadn’t put their names on Jasmine’s visa application. Even worse, Gino claims that he doesn’t have money to hire an attorney to fix this.

Moreover, the immigration lawyer revealed it would take around two years to bring her children to the US. This was a shock for Jasmine, who was hoping to see the boys in just six months.

Jasmine being Jasmine, she ended up losing her temper over the delays and started questioning all of her decisions. She even threatened to leave Gino if her kids couldn’t come to the US. Moreover, she questioned whether her move from Panama was the best choice or not.

About Jasmine’s sons

90 Day Fiancé star Jasmine’s sons are named JC and Juance and both are currently living in Panama. However, Jasmine cannot stop talking about them. She has admitted that she doesn’t truly feel “whole” without her sons in her life.

Moreover, Jasmine revealed that her bond with Juance is “out of this world” as they have such a close connection. However, JC has yet to appear in front of the cameras, but his mother did reveal some facts about him.

According to Jasmine, JC doesn’t use “verbal language” so it is difficult for him to communicate and doesn’t behave like a “neurotypical kid.”

Hopefully, Gino will eventually be able to hire an immigration lawyer to sort out the problems with the two boys’ visas, as this could clearly affect their relationship.
