Not only did Kalani’s fans say that this was pretty disrespectful to do, but they also pointed out that if these two are trying to have a baby, it was rude to share this photo and could be triggering.

Of course, fans had to weigh in on what they saw in this photo. They pointed out that the photo had been photoshopped or there was AI at work in it.

Other fans pointed out that this photo was from when she was pregnant with her second child.
