90 Day Fiancé Spoilers -The Sentencing For Michael Eloshway
On October 29, Eloshway will go to prison for anywhere from 17 to 20 years in prison. His trial lasted three days and after two hours on the final day, the jury decided that he was guilty of the charges of possession of child pornography.
Eloshway’s mother was heartbroken and in tears as the jury read their decision. However, he showed very little emotion when he found out his fate.
He was arrested in June of 2023 for “knowingly receiving and distributing… depictions of real minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.” This happened between February 2022 and March 2023. There were images of young children and some were under the age of 12.
The FBI told the court that they had discovered about 65,000 images of child pornography on Eloshway’s IP address. His home was raided in 2023 and that was when over 8,000 images were found on his home computer.

The district attorney told the jury that Eloshway has an addiction to child pornography and that he should be put in prison for years to work through this horrible addiction.
Eloshway admitted that he would search for “teen porn” while he was downloading pornography. The “teen porn” he found featured models who were 17 years old and under.
When Eloshway was called to the stand, he told the court that he had only looked up adult pornography and came across child pornography only three times when he used BitTorrent.
He told the court that he saw it and immediately deleted it. He told them, “I can’t describe how much I hated seeing those images.”
Eloshway was on the first season of 90 Day Fiance in 2014. He appeared with his wife, Aziza Eloshway.
The couple have a child together and he mentioned that he was worried that he would never get to see his child again once the verdict was read. We will continue to keep an eye on this case and when he is finally sentenced.
