90 Day Fiance spoilers reveal that fans think that Sam Wilson may have left the States illegally to attend his brother’s wedding to Citra’s sister. Fans have spotted him in Indonesia with his brother and helping him to celebrate their wedding.

Sam has some legal issues that he was worried about when it came to Citra’s father. Sam had been arrested with some prescription drugs that didn’t have his name on them. This caused some trouble on his record and he tried to go into a diversion program in order to get the charges dropped.

The question that fans of the show have is if he was able to leave the country with these charges looming. Let’s find out more.

90 Day Fiancé Spoilers – The Diversion Program

In the diversion agreement, it looks as if Sam is able to travel. In order for him to do so though, he has to be able to take a random drug test to prove that he is still sober while he is traveling. He also has to have his case manager sign off on his travels beforehand.

It looks as if his case manager did know that Sam was planning on traveling and that he has followed all of the steps needed in order to do so.

Sam must comply with all of the rules and regulations of his diversion and that means taking a drug test at a facility chosen by his case manager. It could be anywhere in the world, but he must comply in order to stay out of jail.

90 Day Fiancé Spoilers – No Approval, Then What?

If Sam is not approved for his trip ahead of time, he will be breaking the law. This will keep him from traveling and could get him put in jail if his case manager doesn’t approve of it.

This diversion program does last one year and if Sam stays on the path, he will be able to do it all without spending time in jail.

Of course, viewers of 90 Day Fiance are a little concerned that Sam was in the wrong by traveling to Indonesia, but it looks as if right now.
