90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way stars Shekinah Garner and Sarper Guven changed so much over the years that TLC fans who saw before and after photos started wondering if Sarper was confused with someone else. That’s because he looked unrecognizable. Read on to see the amazing pictures.

Shekinah Garner & Sarper Guven Surgeries

Long before 90 Day Fiance, Sarper had a rounded face and seemed quite handsome, fans agree. However, he is lean and chiseled these days. On social media, some people even suspected that he had cosmetic surgery to change the shape of his ears. Meanwhile, Shekinah Garner who hails from Los Angeles also changed to look more like Barbie.

Despite changing their external appearances, it didn’t seem to change their relationship for the good. In December last year, TLC fans complained about all the red flags between them. Sarper Guven seemed very controlling and the man from Turkey kept on trying to get Shekinah to lose more weight. He also wanted her to do more facial changes. Unrecognizable TLC Couple?

This weekend on Instagram, 90 Day The Melanated Way shared photos of Shekinah and her man before and after. In the top pictures, they were much younger and had softer features. Then in the lower ones, they looked older and very different. 

In the caption, the admin for the 90 Day Fiancé account wrote:

Those TLC fans who had never seen the comparison pics before seemed shocked. Then, others tore them apart for way too much surgery. Also, a lot of people thought the TLC stars looked better before their surgeries, Here are some of their reactions:

• Are we sure? Shekinah I can still see her face in there somewhere but Sarpers earlobes are even completely different. Ear lobes?!
• Wow, Shekinah was absolutely beautiful before she had plastic surgery!
• Parents… please hug your children every chance you get and tell them they are more than enough as they are.
• Sharper was actually very hot 😜 now he looks like a Ken doll.
• How did Sarper’s eyes change from brown to blue – that’s some next level change,

Possibly, the eye color change is the result of tinted contact lenses.
