Michael Ilesanmi can’t escape the claims he used Angela Deem for a green card. Both Angela and the 90 Day Fiance fanbase have debated this. Michael addressed the allegations in a new interview. He said that he didn’t have those intentions when he met Angela.

He thinks their relationship just soured. It’s not something he would wish on his enemy. Despite what happened, Michael is happier without Angela. Even though he loved Angela, he wanted a green card to apply for his driver’s license and work permit.

Michael Ilesanmi continues to receive support from fans. The TLC cast member shared a promo photo with Angela Deem for the current season of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After.

He received mostly positive comments on his Instagram post. Some of his fans shared that he looks happier without her.

Michael continues to share more about the fallout of their marriage. Things got worse when the cameras shut down. Michael set the record straight with Entertainment Tonight. He said that she would start bullying him. Things became “physically” violent on several occasions.

Michael Ilesanmi his life in the U.S. got “worse when I got here.” He doesn’t stand for that type of abuse.

“It’s not OK! I mean, it’s not OK. I mean, I’m this kind of person. I’m a very chill guy, probably because I’m a very cool guy, and I’m an easygoing person,” Michael explained. “She took that advantage, you know, to do what she did. I mean, if I was the one that did that to her it would have been a different scenario, you know?”

Angela Deem got violent every time she was angry with him. Michael Ilesanmi had enough. He hit his limit and that’s when he fled her Georgia home.
