She alleges they used her photos in February 2023. Josh informed her she would get paid for the photoshoot. However, she didn’t receive payment. Sharaun asked him to stop using her photos in May 2023.

Josh Weinstein’s modeling agency continued to use her image without her consent. She argued that she was not the face of the company.
