’90 Day Fiance’ Fans Declare Rayne A ‘Whack-A-Doodle,’ Why?

90 Day Fiance star Chidi spoke out against Rayne after criticism because he wouldn’t sleep with the woman from New Mexico. After his statement, TLC fans agreed that she seems to be a “Whack-a-Doodle.” Plus, they slammed the network for exploiting a vulnerable blind man. 

Blind Nigerian Chidi & Rayne Talked For Years

Spoilers for 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days, Season 7 revealed that Chidi seemed like a sweet young man from Nigeria with a lot of bad luck in his life. In a teaser for the TLC show, he revealed that he lost his eyesight when an apple fell out of a tree and damaged one eye. Later, because of his poor vision, he fell and injured his other eye, thereby losing his eyesight.

He also explained that he is a Christian, and 90 Day Fiance fans saw that Rayne, a chicken farmer from New Mexico seemed angry about him not consenting to sex before marriage. Actually, in other spoilers, they saw a side to Rayne that got them calling her Angela 2.0.

It’s early in the season, but people start to form some strong opinions about Rayne and TLC. The couple had been talking for about five years, and Chidi recently explained his puzzlement about her reaction to his stand on sex. 

Why Do Fans Think Rayne Is A ‘Whack-a-Doodle’?

A 90 Day Fiance fan shared about Rayne’s reaction over not having sex, and Chidi commented on it. A long post alleged that she was not spiritually aligned with his faith. Although he told her he wasn’t available to bed her before marriage, she still arrived in Nigeria. And, he had some unsettling concerns about her claim to have “dark powers.”

In part, the 90 Day Fiance star said:

I was deeply concerned by some of the unsettling alien and mystic things Rayne mentioned during our discussions. On one occasion, she asked if I was was ready to be sacrificed if I was in the same room with her when vampires and cannibals would gather for their feast.

Continuing, the TLC star claimed that Rayne had scared him, saying that she told him she “could communicate with the dead” and …she’d “seen and talked” to his departed dad. Allegedly, she claimed that she’d use her “dark powers” to summon evil against his family unless she got wanted. On Reddit, TLC fans declared that what happened put her in the “Whack-a-Doodle” basket.

When u/Sunbearemii posted the comment on Reddit, TLC fans were convinced that something was seriously wrong with Rayne. Plus. they slammed TLC for exploiting a vulnerable young man. Here are some of their deductions”

• This is beyond crazy for someone on 90 day if it’s true and there’s a lot of crazies. This tips the scale.
• This is just 😔 sad. They should have protected Chidi, because there’s zero doubt that the producers knew and promoted the bullshit and chaos that was inevitable. It pisses me off because he’s so vulnerable.
• i get that there are masses of weird people all around us but production should know better … they interview these people, they have psych evaluation … is it necessary to exploit unwell people?
• Reminder: We are ONE EPISODE into this season. What kind of wack-a-doodle, crazy pants, batsh*t crazy things are we going to find out??
