Going to the Philippines practically drained Loren’s savings and he let Faith know that he only had $46 in his wallet when he arrived. However, he ended up spending a lot of it at the market when the two of them went to explore.

It made Faith nervous to watch him spend money so freely. She felt as if this is a red flag that he may not be able to save money and spend wisely.
