With all the weird and mismatched couples in the 90 Day Fiancé franchise, many fans are skeptical and don’t believe the relationships are real. In her recent TikTok, Stephanie did say she could get in trouble for what she was saying, but she decided to go ahead anyway to give her honest opinion on the reality relationships.
Fans will recall that Stephanie came on the show with her Australian girlfriend, Erika Owens. She traveled to Australia to meet Erika face-to-face, but the relationship didn’t work out. Fans were disappointed, as they made a cute couple. Meanwhile, Matto also went on to appear in 90 Day: The Single Life. Since that time, she is regularly seen on social media.
Since that time she has opened some bizarre businesses, including the farts in a jar mentioned above. However, the diet she was eating to make enough “product” was making her sick, so she went on to sell boob sweat. In both cases, business boomed and she likely made a lot of money.
Since Stephanie has been active on TikTok, she is likely again making money, but one of her fans’ most asked questions is whether the 90 Day Fiancé relationships are the real deal.
In a recent TikTok she opened up on what she knows about couples on the TLC reality show while acknowledging that she might get into trouble for doing so.
The truth might actually get me in some trouble. I’m just gonna be completely honest. There are a lot of relationships, a lot of couples, that are real on the show. The craziness that you are seeing on that show is 100 percent real. And some of the people that go on this show, I don’t know, probably should be in prison rather than on reality TV.
“But aside from that, there are definitely couples on the show who are either already broken up and just trying to milk the show for a little extra cash and extra exposure. Or they just never were in a relationship and are completely faking it in order to get on television. I personally know a cast member who has been broken up with their partner for a long time, yet they are still coming back on future seasons of the show,” Stephanie added.
As soon as fans heard about a couple who had been broken up for a long time, they instantly thought of Angela Deem and Michael Ilesanmi. While Stephanie wasn’t giving anything away, it could be the case.
As 90 Day Fiancé fans know, there was recently major drama between Angela and Michael, with the Nigerian native allegedly “escaping” her bad behavior. Meanwhile, Deem has been posting videos on Instagram where she runs Michael down to the ground in her usual rant style. However, we’re getting off-topic here.
From what Stephanie said in the TikTok video, it seems most of the relationships on the TLC show are the real deal. However, others do fake relationships to earn some money and a little reality TV fame.
Readers, which 90 Day Fiancé cast members do you think are fake and only in it for the money?
