Fans will recall that Larissa Lima underwent almost endless plastic surgery and beauty enhancements after she left 90 Day Fiancé for good. Despite this, as Colt Johnson’s ex appears on House of Villains, fans can hardly recognize her. What has Larissa been up to that makes her look so different?

Almost unrecognizable Larissa Lima joins House of Villains

Larissa Lima may have left the TLC show 90 Day Fiancé, but that doesn’t mean she left reality TV for good. Fans will recall that the Brazilian beauty made her reality TV debut in season 6 of 90 Day Fiancé with her former husband, Colt Johnson. Meanwhile, as she continued to star in various TLC spinoffs, fans got to watch her transformations, using plastic surgery and other beauty enhancements. Since then, Larissa, 38, has continued to make changes to her body and face.

Larissa has returned to reality TV this year after joining the E! show, House of Villains in season 2. She joined the show earlier this month, and @90dayfianceupdate revealed one of her confessionals on the show with a post captioned, “Guess who??”

Moreover, the caption continued: “Larissa Lima is on ‘The House Of Villains’ Are you watching?” In the Instagram post, Larissa looks much different from her appearance in the TLC reality show, shocking fans. The video reveals that she looks totally different to how she appeared on 90 Day Fiancé.

Fans were quick to drop comments, expressing their shock and surprise at Lima’s changed appearance. One wrote that she looks like “Jim Carey [sic] when he play Mask.”

Another fan asked @90dayfianceupdate, “That’s Larissa???? WTF?” Another, questioned the post, writing, “Is this a man?” while one more referred to the reality TV star as the “Plastic Surgery Queen.” Yet another fan wrote, “Why does everyone get the crimson chin when they do these alterations.” The general feeling was that Instagram users found the changes to her body and face made her a “different person.”

Larissa Lima keeps plastic surgeons busy

Since she appeared on 90 Day Fiancé, Larissa has enhanced her look with several breast augmentations, liposuction and fat transfer, a rhinoplasty (nose), Botox injections, and filler injections on her face. She also underwent a botched abdominoplasty and removed some of her ribs to improve her waistline.

The Brazilian native told Life & Style in 2020 that she went the plastic surgery route because she felt that diet and exercise weren’t helping her to get her desired look. She said:

Even though I was working out, I still was unhappy because I had a bulge in my belly. People can ask why get surgery if you can go to the gym, but there are some things you cannot get rid of.
