1000-Lb Sisters spoilers reveal that Tammy Slaton has started to open up more about the mental health struggles that she has faced lately.

Tammy shared a video talking to her followers on social media about her mental health recently.

When Tammy spoke to her fans about her mental health, she noted just how important it was for others to get the help and support that they need. Tammy pointed out that when she was going through some major life changes, she should have gotten help from a therapist.

She told her fans that her weight wouldn’t have gotten so bad if she did get the help. She added that her depression got the best of her and that is when she began to overeat.

While she talked about Pop Recovery Systems, she pointed out that it is a group that has been designed to help those who are getting ready to have weight loss surgery.

She is now a corporate ambassador for the company and it appears as if she is doing very well working for them. She is ready to help Pop Recovery Systems fully transform the lives of others.
