1000-Lb Sisters spoilers reveal that Tammy Slaton is doing her best to face her fears. One of the biggest fears that she has had is driving. Tammy has worked very hard on losing weight and at this point on the show, she has lost over 300 pounds.

She has made some great strides in her life so far though and one of those is finally being able to fasten the seatbelt around her when she is riding in a car.

When Tammy was asked about driving, she told her fans, “I do want to learn eventually but right now, my anxiety us just a little too much. A lot going on, but baby steps. I have driven a golf cart but granted, it didn’t go too fast. But yes, eventually I do want to drive a car.”

Tammy does have a lot of things in her life that she still would like to do. Driving is just one of them, but it is clear that she has some fears about being behind the wheel of a car.

Driving doesn’t come easy for a lot of people and it can be scary at first. Her fans completely know that these fears are real and have tried to show their support no matter what.

In one of the newest clips from 1000-Lb Sisters, her brother, Chris Combs, suggested to her that sitting in the front seat would be good for her. Even this moment seemed to cause her some great anxiety.

Of course, Tammy is used to sitting in the back seat of every car that she has been in for years. Her weight never allowed her to sit in front and even wear a seatbelt.

This is all so new for her, but she is willing to try it all now. There was one thing that was weighing heavy on her mind and it was the fact that she wasn’t sure if she would be able to fit between the door and console.

Tammy added that the last time she sat in the front seat of a car was about “15 or 20 years.” When she finally sits up front and can fasten the seatbelt, she gets so excited and feels that this is another big step for her.
