1000 LB. Sisters start Tammy Slaton has certainly had her ups and down since the series began. At one point it was questionable if Tammy was going to live even after she ended up on life support.

Recently though, fans are beginning to wonder if Tammy is the only “normal” one out of the lot of them. What has happened to make fans question this?

1000 LB. Sisters Tammy has has periods of inconsistences for years. Tammy would go off every little bit throughout the first seasons of the shows and do the exact opposite of what she was supposed to be doing.

Tammy made her situation worse each time she would go against her doctor’s order and put herself in a worse position every time.

All of the siblings would come together to try to manage Tammy in the beginning and that didn’t usually work out well. Tammy would go on eating binges. Tammy had boyfriends that were enablers and would sent her whatever she wanted.

Tammy would even date guys that were abusive before she believed they cared about her if they were with her. Tammy was fading fast at this time.

Tammy might have had a slow start, but she has finally turned all of this around. Tammy met the love of her life who died before he could get out of rehab. Tammy has been there for Amy Halterman and her boys since she divorced her husband.

Tammy has been a source of support for all of her sibling. Unfortunately, most of them have abandoned her.

When Tammy first came home, everyone was right there calling and checking on her. However, that has slowed down a lot and Tammy has progressed to making sound decisions for her.

Tammy is even there to offer advice to her family members which is a complete turn around. Tammy and Amanda Halterman have certainly had a falling out as Tammy moved in with Chris Combs.

1000 LB. Sisters Spoilers – Tammy Slaton Is The Only Rational One Now

Tammy has gone through a lot of changes since she has started to work with her doctors instead of against them. Tammy has begun to be the rational one of the siblings and fans are commenting on this. Even after getting kicked out of her sister’s house, she didn’t go after her.

Tammy made up her mind to move and gave her notice. After all, Tammy was not in the wrong for trying to explain Amy’s departure.

Some fans believe Tammy is truly the most stable of her siblings. Tammy has also surpassed Chris’ weight loss and left him stunned. Tammy is truly becoming someone the other siblings can turn to.

However, some fans disagree with this as well. The blowup with Amanda shows immaturity according to some as well. Here is what fans have to say,

• One 1000-lb Sisters fan said: “I never thought I’d say this, but it feels like Tammy is the only one holding it together lately. For years, she was the one everyone worried about. She had so many ups and downs with her health, relationships, and her attitude in general. But now, after her weight loss journey and making real progress, she’s actually becoming the most stable one out of the Slaton sisters.”
• Another commenter said: “Tammy has improved in many ways since the start of the show but she still far from being the “normal” one in the family. Her shutting down like a baby on last night’s episode when the doctor did not approve her for skin removal surgery and because he wanted to exam her pissed me off.”

In Tammy’s defense, after the doctor turned her down for skin removal, what would have been the point in letting him exam her? Tammy is embarrassed by how she looks, especially with all that loose skin. Perhaps if the doctor had been a bit more professional and said, let me look at the skin first and see if i can help, Tammy would have reacted differently.

Regardless, Tammy has come a long way and it doing very well. Perhaps some people need to cut her a little slack on getting upset in that type of situation. Let’s be honest, this has to be taking Tammy back to the beginning of her journey and how defeated she felt them.
