1000-Lb Sisters Fans Mock Amy Slaton Spring Cleaning

Amy Slaton from 1000-Lb Sisters is often slammed for her kids living in filthy conditions, but now that she’s doing a spring clean, TLC fans mock her. So, it seems like Tammy Slaton’s sister just can’t win. But, it might be because people are angry about her arrest.

Amy Slaton Is In The Bad Books

TLC fans are quick to slip in a dig when they see the chance because the 1000-Lb Sisters star got herself arrested after a camel bit her. Charged with drug offenses and child endangerment, there’s a lot of disappointment going her way. Even getting Tammy Slaton in to help with spring cleaning didn’t help her much this week. 

Amy Slaton gets a lot of criticism because, in the past, her home where she raised her babies looked dirty. Actually, TLC fans seem convinced that the place is overrun with roaches and rats. However, in a teaser for the 1000-Lb Sisters show, she was seen spring cleaning, 

Amy Slaton Cleans Up, But Fans Are Not Impressed 

In the teaser, TLC revealed on Instagram that Tammy Slaton and her brother Chris Combs helped their sister collect all the excess toys and clothing and bits and pieces of rubbish to throw out in the dumpster. Actually, the 1000-Lb Sisters mom had called in a favor to borrow a big trailer. 

Talking about Amy Slaton, the caption for the teaser said:

Amy’s taking spring cleaning to the next level. 🧹🧼 Tune into all-new episodes of #1000lbSisters Tuesdays at 9/8c!

Soon, 1000-Lb Sisters fans were commenting on the spring cleaning and not all of it was encouraging.

In the comments section, a few people mentioned the arrest and wondered if Amy Slaton did the spring cleaning because of that. But, it was probably filmed before that incident. Here are some other reactions to the cleaning:

• was this before or after she was charged with neglect.
• That entire house needs a scrub and mop.
• If you need a dumpster you might as well throw the whole house away.
