Devon Hamilton’s (Bryton James) meeting with The Great Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) in Neil Winter’s (Kristoff St. John) Athletic Club jazz room turns into quite a family affair.
Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) is on hand now that she and Devon are on speaking terms again and Devon’s mother Harmony Hamilton also shows up.
But perhaps the most interesting reunion takes place when Malcolm Winters (Shemar Moore) arrives. Everyone is thrilled to see him and they reminisce about Neil so expect to see lots of heartwarming and memorable flashbacks.
Will there be tension when Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) puts in an appearance? He is back from his eventful trip to LA where he lost one girlfriend and gained another.
How will he feel about seeing this man he once called his father, as Malcolm was once married to Olivia Barber (Tonya Lee Williams)?
Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) is still reeling over the fact that not only is Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) still alive, but she also killed Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) and wants to remain dead for now.
Daniel was not expecting to hear this news from Summer Newman Abbott (Alison Lanier) and feels they have to do the right thing and tell the police, but Summer insists they can’t.
However, Daniel doesn’t want to listen to his sister and instead debates on his own whether he wants to risk his mother’s freedom or not.
Phyllis didn’t want Daniel to know what was going on because she doesn’t feel as close to her son as she does to her daughter and her instincts might have been right.
Still, Daniel also has a point. How can Summer lie to her husband like this and allow Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) to go to jail?
With Victoria Newman (Amelia Hinle) back from her LA trip, Nikki wants to dish and manages to get Vicky to tell her what happened with Nate.
Meanwhile, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) has it out with Victor after learning he essentially tried to buy Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) baby.
Finally, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) spend some close time together and Michael Baldwin (Christian J. Le Blanc) finally manages to catch a break. Stay tuned to The Young and the Restless weekdays to see how these stories play out.
