The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Victoria Newman Makes An Offer, Devon Hamilton Thinks A Lot

Decon Hamilton (Bryton James) remains unsure as to whether to take Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) up on his offer and take over his company. The offer sounds good, but there has to be a catch. After all, the company was just in a lot of debt.

The Great Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and his daughter, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), wanted to scoop the company up for Newman Enterprises until Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) ruined their plans, so Victoria gives it the old college try once again. If Devon doesn’t want McCall Unlimited, then it should go to Newman. When Devon hears that, he wonders if McCall is worth more than he thought. Why would the Newmans want it so bad?

Y&R Spoilers – Phyllis Summers Is Losing Her Mind

Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is going off the deep end with her nearly year-long obsession with bringing down Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters). She is so desperate at this point that she is willing to team up with Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) to do it. The first order of business is tracking Diane down. When Phyllis learns that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) is heading to the Abbott cabin, she places a call there and Diane answers.

Now that Phyllis knows where Diane is, she tells Jeremy that she found her. However, she isn’t sure if she should tell him exactly where she found the woman. Is Phyllis starting to get cold feet?

As her husband Victor manages to strike a good deal, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) has a big announcement to make. Sharon Collins (Sharon Case) is also around to dole out advice again and this time she gives Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) a warning just as Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) starts a brand-new project.
