Y&R Weekly Spoilers: Billy’s Long Game, Nikki’s Clever Game

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for July 31-August 4, 2023, reveal Billy putting on quite an act and Nate trying to trick someone who can’t be tricked.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Whose Side Is Billy Abbott On?

Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) is shocked when Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) confirms for him that she really does intend to take all her patents for Jabot and start her own cosmetics company. So what if she already did this a few years ago when she was angry at Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman)? This is apparently the only weapon she has in her arsenal so she is going to use it again.

She even asks Billy to be her spy on the inside and he agrees — or does he? Well, probably not because he tells Jack what Ashley’s plan is and then lets Ashley believe that he and Jack are having a falling out when they stage a public fight right at The Athletic Club.

Ashley isn’t the only one being tricked. Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) decides to enlist Adam Newman to help her get dirt on Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) so she can get out from under his thumb.

Y&R Spoilers – Nikki Newman Isn’t Playing Around

With Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) out of GC on business, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) decides to take the opportunity to get to know Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) better and he thinks he can completely charm Vicky’s mother. However, Nikki has been onto him and his game for quite a while and is not falling for it.

Eventually, Nate has to admit that he has a possibly unattainable goal — to be in charge of Newman Enterprises, with Victoria by his side of course. Finally, Nikki goes into mother mode and asks Nate if he is even in love with Victoria or if he is just using her. Does Nate even know the answer to that question himself?
