The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that fans are in for a delight as Fenmore “Fen” Baldwin (Zach Tinker) returns to Genoa City, Wisconsin for a very special event.

What is so special it warrants a visit from a son who has forged a life in another place and time (we’ll get to Salem in a minute!)? The momentous occasion is Tracey E. Bregman’s (Lauren Fenmore Baldwin) 40th anniversary with the country’s leading daytime drama.

Mark the date Y&R fans, on January 25, CBS plans to air a terrific episode that revolves around larger than life Lauren, and by coincidence Fen Baldwin will be in town. What could be better than a favorite son coming home for a tremendous occasion? You can be sure that Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc), Fen’s dad and Lauren’s husband, will also be present for the fun.

Bregman debuted as Lauren in 1983, can you believe it? It’s definitely time to take a walk down memory lane and get some juicy flashbacks while commemorating her life in the present moment. Too bad Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian) won’t be in town—maybe he’ll send a video message?

To be precise, Lauren will receive a Lifetime Achievement Award for Leadership in Fashion, and all her loved ones will want to fete her for her accomplishments.

According to The Young and the Restless spoilers, during the episode Lauren looks back at her life and times and it is sure to be a wild, outrageous, and classic ride!

Lauren has been in GC for 40 years and during that time she has dated all the eligible bachelors and engaged in some epic catty feuds and fusses. The character (and the actress) deserves a tribute episode after wowing fans for four decades. Lauren is not a front burner character anymore, but her legacy more than stands the test of time.

No doubt her past dramas and traumas will be balanced out by present day scenes of Michael and Lauren and their solid marriage—even though Lauren chafes when Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) ropes Michael into his dangerous schemes!

Tinker is now starring as Sonny Kiriakis on Peacock’s Days of Our Lives. While his return is short, it is sweet and we look forward to hearing more about Fen’s life offscreen on January 25 during Lauren Fenmore’s anniversary special.

Fen has faced some struggles, but let’s hope he’s on the right path now – even if there are still a few bumps in the road.
