Y&R Spoilers: Will We See Lola Return After Sasha Calle’s Stint As Supergirl?

The Young and the Restless spoilers show that it has been a while since we saw Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle) in Genoa City. She went to open a restaurant in Miami so she could be closer to her family after Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) threw her under the bus.

In reality, the actress Sasha Calle went to film ‘The Flash’ after she landed the role of Supergirl! It was quite a huge leap from daytime soap opera to the big screen in a DC film, but, it’s what happened. We finally got our first look at her in the trailer during the Super Bowl, and while the movie looks pretty cool as it shows Michael Keaton return as Batman, we have to wonder, will Calle return?

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Plenty For Lola Rosales To Do!

If she were to return to Genoa City, there would be plenty of things for her to do. She could go back to cooking at Society or open up her own restaurant in Genoa City. Lord knows they need some new places to have meetings!

Not to mention with everything that is going on with Kyle and Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) lately, there could be an opportunity to tell some stories there! Kyle is arrogant and cocky enough that if Lola returned, he would probably assume that he could just get back with her, or even cheat on Summer with her! It would definitely be an interesting story, though, we have seen that one before.

Y&R Spoilers – What Would Be Fun For Her To Do?

We have seen that storyline already though, right? What’s another love triangle? Instead, she could not only add to the dynamic with a new location for the show, but perhaps she could make an impression on someone new, and start her own happy relationship.

Unfortunately, there might also be a lot of pain if she were to return. Remember, her brother Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) died in a car accident just last year. His car collided with Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) and he was killed (OFF-SCREEN I may add), and we never got to see or hear from him again.

After her blockbuster success, we wonder… will we see Lola again?
