Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers suggest that the proverbial poop is about to hit the fan at Newman Enterprises. Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) have dived into a full-on affair; despite the fact that he has a live-in girlfriend, the two are colleagues, and this could place business dealings at risk. Hey, the heart wants what the heart wants, right? But will Nate end up suffering some major consequences once the Moustache finds out about this all?

Y&R spoilers for May Sweeps suggest Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will lash out at Nate once he learns what Hastings and Ms. Newman have been up to. Sounds like Elena will soon find out, and there’s a possibility that she heads to the media to let the world know. This all could end up being a massive PR nightmare for Newman Enterprises and the Newman Family, especially since Vicky is Nate’s boss.

Will Nate only get grilled by the Moustache, or will he suffer a worse fate?

Someone will have to take the fall for this affair, and it won’t be Vicky. She’s the company CEO, and Victor will blame Nate for everything that’s gone down. After all, he’s the one with the girlfriend, while Vic is a single pringle. There’s a good chance that in order to settle the PR wave down, the Moustache decides to demote Nate or possibly fire him altogether.

After all, Mr. Hastings is expendable; he’s not part of the Newman family and while his work as of late has been impressive, it hasn’t been overly amazing. For fans that recall, it was pointed out recently that Nate has simply executed all of Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) past ideas while she was still Newman Media CEO. Will Nate and Vic’s relationship last in light of the fallout that will happen, after the fact? What happens to the couple once he’s fired?
